STATUS Surveys - What can we do for you?

We run STATUS surveys, using postal self-completion, telephone and face to face interviews, depending on what you need and what is most appropriate for your situation.

Our STATUS service includes all stages of the design, conduct, analysis and reporting of your survey. Alternatively, we can just carry out specific stages of the work – for example, data entry, data processing, data analysis and reporting.

Our STATUS survey services include the following survey elements:

Survey planning

  • Questionnaire design service on all five STATUS questionnaires, or we can help you design your own bespoke questionnaire
  • Sample design – for example, to provide you with an area breakdown – to ensure survey results to specified levels of accuracy
  • Advice on translation options, prize draws and incentives
  • Advice on approaches for ‘hard to reach’ residents, such as those with mobility, language, sight or other special characteristics
  • Advice on maximising response rates and on successful promotion of surveys
  • We always appoint a dedicated project manager to oversee all stages of your survey

In the field

  • Advice on the most appropriate methodology for your client groups - postal, telephone, face-to-face or online
  • Regular updates as part of our client liaison which keeps you informed during each phase of the project
  • Contact helpline for residents and Frequently Asked Questions fact sheets for staff and customers

High Quality Outputs

  • Validation of survey results, as required by the Tenant Services Authority Corporation and CLG
  • Full reports of each survey, with detailed analysis by key units of analysis – management patch, subsidiary, tenure, etc.
  • Key results broken down by key demographic characteristics, such as age, gender, disability , ethnicity, sexuality and religion
  • We provide detailed data tables of survey results and the raw data file, suitably anonymised
  • We offer extensive benchmarking with appropriate peer groups of other social landlords
  • We also offer Key Driver Analysis and other factor analysis approaches to establish the importance of key services in generating satisfaction
  • Our survey results can be accessed and interrogated online
