Five times in a row for Feedback Services

Feedback Services are delighted to have been commissioned to undertake a STATUS survey on behalf of Colchester Borough Homes.
The landlord is the first to commission the Federation’s market research agency five times in a row over the last 11 years
(2000, 2003, 2006, 2008 and now 2010).
Andy Brown joins Feedback Services

Feedback Services are thrilled to welcome Andy Brown on board as a new Director. Until recently Andy worked at Family Mosaic
Housing as the Research and Information Manager before becoming the Performance Analysis Manager; he has also worked for PCHA,
St Marylebone HA and Sefton Council. In addition to helping to shape the service to meet any new requirements from the TSA,
Andy is looking forward to working with many of our existing clients offering a range of post survey services.

Feedback Services Limited is a newly formed company part owned by the Federation. The company was set up to
offer a full range of market research activities to complement the already successful services available from
Feedback and to develop consultancy services focusing on continuous customer engagement.
